Waste & Recycling
Loose recyclable / biomass / RDF
Moving-floor trailers discharge loose recyclable streams, biomass, and RDF at sites without tipping infrastructure. Selected where the cargo cannot be palletized or tipped.
C·02 · CARGO STREAMLoose recyclable / biomass / RDFWhy this is its own cargo class
Loose, non-palletized streams — recyclables, biomass, and RDF — behave differently from palletized or granular cargo. They cannot be tipped or lifted cleanly and require self-discharge systems that move material under its own weight. Dedicated equipment, handler discipline, and documentation control are critical to maintain a legal chain of custody and prevent contamination or spillage.
Waste transport permissions, environmental documentation, and facility acceptance required.
Walking Floor
The Walking Floor trailer uses moving slats to advance material gently and evenly toward the rear door, enabling safe, efficient self-discharge without tipping.
Cargo is loaded and sheeted for transit.
Hydraulic slats move forward in sequence.
Cargo moves smoothly toward the rear.
Rear door opens; cargo exits under gravity.
